Flying A Motorsports Named Official Truck And Trailer Supplier Of X-DRL For 2013 Season

Flying A Motorsports has created a noticeable presence in the doorslammer world over the past two seasons. That presence will continue with the new X-treme Drag Racing League (X-DRL) in 2013, as the X-DRL officially announced on Friday that Flying A Motorsports has been named the Official Truck and Trailer Supplier for the upcoming 2013 season.

Working with Morrow Brothers Ford, the Official Vehicle Provider of the X-DRL, Flying A has provided the trailers to complete the full X-DRL fleet that will be at each of the nine races in the X-DRL’s inaugural season.

“I’m really excited to be working with the X-DRL in 2013. I’ve been lucky enough to have formed a great relationship with a lot of the X-DRL executives and racers that will competing in the X-DRL, and I can’t wait for the 2013 season,” Flying A Motorsports Owner Alan Cape said.

“It’s been great to get to know the racers and teams and I’m hopeful to work with a lot of them in 2013. I’m really excited about the direction of the X-DRL as well and see nothing but positive things happening this year.

Flying A Motorsports is supplying the X-DRL with a new bumper tag-along trailer that will be at each event during the 2013 X-DRL season, which begins April 6-7 with the X-DRL Spring Nationals at Osage Casino Tulsa Raceway Park.

Cape and Flying A have also built a new official X-DRL apparel trailer that will sell all official apparel and merchandise. In addition, Flying A Motorsports will be taking a motorhome to each event, which will be fully-equipped to offer trackside service for all X-DRL teams free of charge. Cape and his team will provide various repair work ranging from axle and suspension work, to electrical issues and much more.

“Alan and the entire team at Flying A Motorsports are just fine individuals and we are absolutely thrilled to have them on board with the X-DRL in 2013,” X-DRL Co-Owner Jeff Mitchell said.

“They’ve gone above and beyond in providing trailers to the X-DRL, and the products they offer are second to none. They have helped a lot of race teams as well, and I truly hope Flying A Motorsports is involved with the X-DRL for years to come.”
