For nearly 25 years Carl White has been focused on providing premier drag racing safety equipment. His company, White Safety Equipment, has been an industry leader in that regard and the new X-treme Drag Racing League (X-DRL) is pleased to announce that White Safety Equipment is an official sponsor for the inaugural 2013 season.

White Safety Equipment will also offer contingency for drivers who use White’s world-class parachutes in a number of classes (Pro X-treme, Pro Nitrous, X-treme Pro Stock, Precision Turbo & Engine Pro Turbo, X-treme Pro Modified, Mickey Thompson Top Sportsman and Top Dragster), while contingency will be offered to Supercar Showdown and Pro Junior Dragster drivers who use helmets from White Safety Equipment.

“I’m expecting big things from the X-DRL in 2013 and I’m excited to be working with them for the upcoming season,” White said. “I’m definitely looking forward to the season and working with the racers.”

White will be in attendance with a display at all nine X-DRL events in its debut season, including the season-opening X-DRL Spring Nationals on April 6-7 at Osage Casino Tulsa Raceway Park, which is less than 90 miles from the Choctaw, OK headquarters of White Safety Equipment. In addition to White’s top-quality parachutes and helmets, the company also produces a number of other standout safety products, including seat belts, fire suits, gloves, shoes, oil pan diapers and much more.

White, who works with the likes of Pro X-treme standout Quain Stott and also races in Top Sportsman, said his first priority is providing a top-notch safety product to his customers, no matter what class they race. “We put a lot of time and effort into our products. We put the racer first and we listen to their ideas,” White said. “On something like seat belts, we use the very best nylon money can buy. There’s no skimping on what we produce, that’s for sure. I just like to think we’re selling the best products money can buy.”

Having built lifelong relationships in drag racing, White knows the importance of making products that keep competitors as safe as possible. Additionally, White’s company is committed to impressive customer service when dealing with racers. “I would like to think we have the best customer service in the racing business and our racers tell us that,” White said. “We use the best materials and we feel like we know the racers at heart more than a lot of companies.”
